Today, something BIG, at least in my opinion, has happened so I have a big cheesy grin on my face.
My latest pattern has been 'kitted' (not sure if that's a word, but it is now!!)
So, if you follow me around the social-sphere you could not have missed that I have recently finished designing a beach cover. I named her Rio ~ mostly because the colorway I chose for the design (Lion Brand Mandala #207 Thunderbird) is SO #caraval ~ but really all the Mandala colorways are fantastic. I had initially considered mermaid or genie; wonder what her name would be if I had? Anyway, as of this morning, when you go to the Lion Brand webpage and you search kits ~ you'll see her and also right here, see!
So, why is this a big deal? Lovelies, for a small potato like me, this is a MAJOR deal because I do not have thousands of gazillions of followers (although I wouldn't mind) and am no "influencer" by the social media definition. All I have is some 'Skeinsnsticks" (see what I did there?) But seriously, for a designer who isn't widely known, this is seriously a big leap ~ so, I am giddy!
If you are considering the kit, click the colorful photo above to be directed to Lion Brand (if you do by a kit through the link, I will get a percentage of the sale).
